I was recently reading an article about resilience and one of the suggested skills to work on was gratitude. This encouraged me to reflect on two things. One is how I integrate gratitude into my life and how I implement it into action. Please take a moment to reflect on ways you can make gratitude part of your daily life. As G.K.Chesterton stated “When it comes to life the critical thing is whether you take things for granted or take them with gratitude.” (Everyday Health Newsletter February 2022).
