I was recently reading an article about resilience and one of the suggested skills to work on was kindness. This encouraged me to reflect on two things. One is how I integrate kindness into my life and how I implement it into action. Please take a moment to reflect on ways you can make kindness part of your daily life. As Henry James stated “Three things in human life are important. This first is to be kind. The second is to be kind. And the third is to be kind.” (Everyday Health Newsletter February 2022).
